Separate hospitality rooms for parents and siblings will be accessible for renewing old friendships and making new ones. Tables will be set-up for sharing chapter newsletters, brochures, books and any other items you would like to share. The chapters are requested to accumulate any excess newsletters they might have and bring them to the conference to share. The local Atlanta area members are being requested to accumulate and donate candy and snack items for use in the Hospitality Suite. If you know of a vendor or business that would like to donate items of this nature, please contact Sandra Stinson.
